For medical emergencies, go to the nearest emergency department. Do not wait for an online response.

Important information

Privacy, medical disclaimer & editorial policy.

A plain-language explanation of what this website does, what it does not do and how health content is prepared.

Effective: 11 August 2026

Privacy notice

This website is delivered as a static website. As currently designed, it does not create user accounts, run advertising trackers, set marketing cookies or store appointment-form entries in a website database.

Appointment requests

The appointment form works inside your browser. When you submit it, the website prepares an email containing the details you entered and opens your email app. You can review or change the message before sending. Information is sent only if you choose to send the email.

Your email provider and the recipient’s email provider process the message under their own terms and privacy policies. Please share only the minimum information needed to request a visit. Do not put detailed or highly sensitive medical information in the form.

Email and external links

Email, Facebook, YouTube, Google Maps and future Play Store links open services operated by other companies. Their privacy practices apply once you use those services.

Technical logs

The hosting provider may automatically process limited technical logs—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time—to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. This site does not use those logs to build advertising profiles.

Future changes

If analytics, a hosted booking form, online payments, patient portals or app accounts are added later, this notice should be updated before those features go live. Each published mobile app will need its own accurate privacy policy and data-safety disclosure.

Medical disclaimer

Information on this website is for general education. It is not a diagnosis, prescription or individual treatment plan, and it does not replace examination by a qualified healthcare professional who knows the child’s history.

Do not delay urgent care because of information on this website or while waiting for an email reply. If a child has severe breathing difficulty, bluish lips, is unresponsive, has a seizure, is severely dehydrated or appears seriously unwell, go to the nearest emergency department or contact local emergency services.

Chamber schedules may change because of clinical duties, holidays or unforeseen events. An appointment request is not confirmed until the clinic responds.

Health-content editorial policy

The health library is intended to give parents concise, practical and understandable guidance. Articles identify their author, publication or update date, and important reference sources where appropriate.

  • Clinical claims should be based on current, reputable guidance and presented without cures, guarantees or unnecessary alarm.
  • Warning signs and the limits of home care should be visible and easy to find.
  • Educational content should be reviewed when guidance changes or when a material correction is needed.
  • Corrections should be made promptly and the page update date changed when the correction materially affects medical meaning.
  • Sponsored content, financial relationships or conflicts should be disclosed clearly if any are introduced.
  • Identifiable patient information, stories or images should not be published without appropriate documented consent.

Contact

Questions about this website or a correction to health content can be emailed to santanu2014.06@gmail.com. Do not use a privacy or correction request for emergency medical care.

Before launch

This policy should be reviewed whenever the website gains a new data-collecting feature, booking provider, payment service, analytics tool or published app.
